New contract for Tepco Hirono power plant |
|
In 1994 UBE, in cooperation with ESI Eurosilo, has installed the first FGD-Gypsum silo at the TEPCO Hirono Power plant. Due to the facts of: cost efficient storage, effective land utilisation, low maintenance cost and reliable operation, TEPCO has choosen to install a second Eurosilo at the Hirono power plant. ESI Eurosilo provides complete inspection and maintenance solutions for your silo installation. As part of this service, we will provide preventative maintenance and timely inspections that will help prolong the life span of your installation considerably. How we work As part of our inspection and maintenance solutions, our supervisors will conduct an annual inspection of the silo mechanism. The team will also make any minor repairs detected during the inspection process. The inspection team also prepares an inspection report and provides a copy of the report to the customer. The inspection report also informs you of the condition of the various installation components, and includes recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance to be carried out, as well as the necessity of spare and wear parts. The repair or installation of spare parts can be carried out subsequently, either by our service personnel or by members of your own staff. 24-hour service We are keenly aware that the installations of most of our customers run 24 hours a day and that downtime is expensive. To meet our customers’ needs, we provide around-the-clock technical service. Our service hotline number is +31 (299) 630 730. After normal working hours, a customer can call our service hotline and speak directly with a service technician who will work with you to resolve your problem quickly.
